Photomural Panels
When you use pop-up displays, photomural panels can be one of your best options. These large graphics can span one or several panels, even extending into end caps, to provide you with the biggest impact possible. These panels replace the need to use fabric coverings in your pop-up panels, attaching with hooks at the top and magnets along the edges. This allows you to line everything up perfectly for a seamless effect.
Detachable/Rollable Graphics
Detachable or rollable graphics are smaller than photomural panels and require fabric to be stretched across the pop-up frame first. Velcro makes attaching these graphics to your fabric-covered pop-up frame fast and easy. This type of graphic also makes it easy to change your display.
With these graphics, you have two options: backlit and frontlit. The backlit option is printed on translucent film, allowing light to filter in through the back. Frontlit graphics are printed on laminate with a glossy, matte, textured or luster finish with an opaque backing to keep out the light from behind the graphic.
Rigid Mounted Graphics
Rigid mounted graphics are stiff graphics that are commonly used in trade shows. These graphics require special shipping options.
Sintra Mounted Graphics
These graphics are printed on PVC board, or Sintra, in high resolution and offer the option of dual-sided printing. Available in 2 mil, 3 mil and 6 mil thicknesses, Sintra mounted graphics can be mounted in a frame or attached with Velcro.
Acrylic Mounted Graphics
Acrylic mounted graphics are printed in high resolution on clear or milky acrylic sheets in thicknesses of 1/16”, 1/8”, ¼” and ½”. These graphics can be printed for backlighting or front lighting to be installed in light boxes
or metal extrusion boxes.
Stand-Off Graphics
Sometimes you want your graphics to stand away from the surface on which they are mounted. Stand-off graphics use aluminum barrels to hold the graphics a certain distance away from the mounting surface. They are used for signs, banners, artwork, photographs and various other panels.
The barrels are available in a variety of diameters and lengths with various cap styles, including low-profile round, round, square or hexagonal. With three types of grips, there is no need for drilling holes in the mounting surface. These graphics are often mounted on acrylic but can also be placed between two plex pieces.
3-D Graphics
We create 3-D logos and letters from Gatorfoam, Sintra and acrylic in thicknesses of ¼”, ½”, 1” or 2”. If desired, the surface can be coated with brushed aluminum, laminate or digital printing. We can also use paint or colored vinyl to cover the edges. The use of vector artwork is required.
Dye Sublimination Graphics
If you are looking for a fabric graphic, dye sublimination graphics can be the perfect choice. We print the graphics on special paper and then use heat to transfer the dye from the paper to the fabric. This sublimates the dye directly to the threads, making the fabric panel machine washable.
When you choose dye sublimination graphics, you have numerous options. They can be printed on sheer or opaque fabrics with attachments, such as grommets, pole pockets, Velcro or expansion beading added for easy mounting. A liner is often used for opaque fabrics to avoid light bleeding through. You can also attach two graphics back to back for a double-sided graphic. Sheer fabric allows for a mirror image. Another use of these graphics is one fabs, entasi and axis displays.
Vinyl Banners
Vinyl is a durable material, which makes it a great option for banners, especially those that will be used outdoors. We offer several types of vinyl, including 13 or 15 oz ultraflex, mesh and super smooth vinyl that can be finished with pole pockets or grommets. These banners are often used for billboards, stadium flags and trade show banners.
Vinyl-Cut Graphics
If you are looking for something that is self-sticking, vinyl-cut letters and logos can be the perfect option, especially for rental trade show exhibits. With their adhesive backing, they stick easily to just about any surface. Vector artwork is needed for these graphics. This is because vector artwork uses mathematical equations for sizing, allowing for changes in size that don’t affect the quality of the graphic.
Outdoor Graphics
Outdoor graphics require greater durability and flexibility. These graphics can be found in a variety of shapes and sizes, from bowhead to teardrop banners. They can be used both indoors and out with a base or with ground stakes. We can also print tents and display shades for outdoor use.
We use Photo Flag technology to print our outdoor graphics. This method bleeds the ink through the fabric so it can be seen on both sides. When mounted on the rotating poles, they will stand up to any type of weather.
