Size & Scale: The overall footprint and height of the exhibit.

Complexity: Unique architectural shapes, curves, and angles require more labor and materials.

Materials: Premium finishes like wood veneers, laminates, and solid surfaces cost more than standard materials.

Technology: The integration of large LED video walls, interactive touchscreens, and custom lighting.

Features: The inclusion of private meeting rooms, double-decks, storage rooms, and hospitality bars.

How does a custom exhibit's cost-per-show compare to renting?

If you exhibit three or more times per year, purchasing a custom exhibit is almost always more cost-effective than renting. While renting has a lower entry cost for a single show, the recurring rental fees add up quickly. Owning your exhibit locks in your costs and builds asset equity over time.

How long does it take to design and build a custom exhibit?

The standard timeline for a custom exhibit project is 12-16 weeks from the initial discovery meeting to the final installation. This breaks down into roughly 4-6 weeks for design and engineering, and 8-10 weeks for fabrication and graphics production. We recommend starting the process at least 4-6 months before your target show date.

How involved do I need to be in the design process?

You can be as involved as you'd like to be. At a minimum, your team provides the initial input on goals, branding, and functionality. From there, our team can take the lead, presenting you with concepts and revisions at key milestones. We assign a dedicated project manager to be your single point of contact, making the process efficient and streamlined for you.

Can I see a preview of my exhibit before it's built?

Absolutely. We provide photorealistic 3D renderings and fly-through videos during the design phase, which show you exactly how your finished exhibit will look, feel, and function on the show floor. Furthermore, we conduct a full pre-show staging of the physical exhibit in our warehouse for your final sign-off before it ever ships to the show.

Can a custom exhibit be reconfigured for different booth sizes?

Yes. We call this "modularity by design." During the design phase, we can intentionally engineer your custom exhibit with components that can be reconfigured to fit multiple booth spaces. For example, elements from a 20'x30' exhibit can be designed to fit a 10'x20' or 20'x20' space for smaller shows, maximizing the value of your asset.

What happens to my custom exhibit after the show is over?

After the show, our team professionally dismantles your exhibit, performs a post-show inspection for any damages, and packs it securely into custom-built crates. From there, we can ship it to your next show, back to your facility, or to our secure warehouse for storage until your next event.
