Trade Show Exhibit Company — Design, Build, Rent

Exhibit Options designs, builds, rents and manages trade show exhibits from two West Coast facilities. Design, engineering, fabrication, graphics, logistics and installation all happen in-house, so one team owns your program from first sketch to final teardown.

What a Trade Show Exhibit Company Does

A trade show exhibit company designs, engineers, fabricates and manages the physical presence a brand brings to a show: custom exhibits, rentals, portable displays, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle, and storage between shows. Exhibit Options runs every one of those steps in-house.

Exhibit Options at a Glance

  • Building exhibits since 2005, in an industry that demands constant innovation, creativity, and efficiency.
  • 72,000 sq ft across two facilities, in Cerritos, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. West Coast shows are our specialty.
  • Veteran-owned and woman-owned, founded by George and Rena Patton.
  • Single-source. Design, engineering, fabrication, graphics, installation and storage under one roof.

Brands we've built for include Mobileye, Shell, QSC, Olipop, MaryRuth's Organics and Sports Research, on trade show floors from CES and ConExpo to Natural Products Expo West. The finished booths are in Our Work.

Trade Show Exhibit Services

Custom, Rental or Portable Display?

Most exhibitors know the show and the booth space, not the structure. Here's how the three compare. If you're still choosing the structure itself, our guide to which exhibit type fits your space covers inline, peninsula, island and double-deck.

Custom Exhibit Rental Exhibit Trade Show Display
Best when You exhibit repeatedly and want an asset you own Your show schedule or booth size changes year to year You need a portable presence for inlines and road shows
Typical space 10x20 through island and double-deck 10x10 through island 10x10 inline, tabletop, road show
Who owns it You do. Stored and reconfigured between shows We do. Configured per show You do. Ships in cases
Design freedom Unlimited Custom graphics and layout on rental structure Graphics within a system
Cost shape Highest up front, lowest per show over time No capital outlay, priced per show Lowest overall

Plenty of programs mix all three: an owned island for the flagship show, a rental when a second show lands the same quarter, portable displays for regional events. Tell us your next twelve months of shows and we'll tell you honestly which way the math points.

Every exhibit starts with a conversation about the show, the space and the budget. Tell us what you're working on and you'll get a design direction and a proposal that lists every cost and service, so nothing surfaces later.

Why a West Coast Exhibit House Changes the Math

Las Vegas has been the number one trade show destination in North America for more than 26 straight years, and the Anaheim Convention Center is the largest exhibit facility on the West Coast. If your calendar runs through CES, ConExpo, NAB, Natural Products Expo West or NAMM, your exhibit is coming here regardless of who builds it.

  1. Freight. Linehaul is billed on distance and weight, so Cerritos to Anaheim at about 15 miles, or our Las Vegas shop to the convention center at roughly 10, is a different number than a cross-country haul both ways. Drayage, the dock-to-booth handling, is billed by weight and doesn't move with distance. We budget it with you rather than pretend proximity erases it.
  2. Recovery time. When something goes wrong during setup, and on a big enough build it occasionally does, we can put a replacement part on a truck and have it at the dock the same day.
  3. Storage that isn't a round trip. Between shows your exhibit lives near the venues it keeps returning to, instead of crossing the country twice a year to sit in a warehouse.

How Your Exhibit Actually Gets Built

Design

Design. Your goals, booth space and budget become 3D renderings before anything is cut. This is Render to Reality™: what you approve in the render is what gets built, with no quiet substitutions of material, finish or scale on the way to the floor.

Fabricate

Quote. Every cost and service is listed line by line, so no number appears on the invoice that wasn't on the quote.

Stage

Fabricate. Engineering, CNC fabrication and grand-format printing happen in our own shops. Nothing is subcontracted, so the people who drew it are the people who build it.

Ship and install

Stage. The finished exhibit is fully assembled in our warehouse and signed off before it leaves. Corrections happen on our staging floor, where they cost a morning, not on the show floor, where they cost the show.

Store and reconfigure

Install, then store. We handle freight, drayage paperwork and I&D labor, and the team that ran the build owns the install. Between shows your exhibit sits under managed inventory, ready for the next booth size on your calendar.

Common Questions About Working With an Exhibit Company

What does a trade show exhibit company do?

A trade show exhibit company designs the booth, engineers and builds it, produces the graphics, ships it, installs and dismantles it on site, and stores it between shows. A single-source exhibit house does all of that in-house instead of subcontracting each piece to a different vendor.

How much does a custom trade show exhibit cost?

Cost tracks booth size, structure type and how much of the program you want managed. A 10x10 portable display sits at the low end, a double-deck island with integrated technology at the high end. Our proposals list every cost line by line, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Should I rent or buy a trade show exhibit?

Rent when your schedule is unpredictable, when you're testing a new booth size, or when you exhibit once or twice a year. Buy when you exhibit repeatedly and want an asset that reconfigures across shows. Our rental exhibits carry the same custom look as a purchased build.

Do you install and dismantle the exhibit at the show?

Plan on three to four months for a custom build, longer if it carries integrated technology or a double-deck structure. Rentals and portable displays move faster. If your show is closer than that, call anyway. We can usually tell you inside a day whether the date is reachable.

Can I see the exhibit before it ships?

Yes. Every custom exhibit is fully assembled and staged in our warehouse for your sign-off before it goes out. What you approve in the rendering is what you see on the staging floor, and what you walk into at the show.

Do you work with companies outside California and Nevada?

Yes. We build for brands headquartered across the country. The West Coast footprint matters most when the show itself is here, which for most exhibitors is where the biggest dates on the calendar already sit.
